By accessing or using any Draveth Studios website, launcher, game client, or online service, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.

1. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity performed through your account is considered your responsibility. Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is done at your own risk and may result in loss of access without recovery.

2. Acceptable Use

Use cheats, exploits, bots, macros, or unauthorized automation
Modify the client, memory, network traffic, or game files
Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with servers
Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
Disrupt gameplay, services, or server stability

Any attempt to bypass security systems is strictly prohibited.

3. Virtual Goods & Purchases

All virtual items, currency, and donations are part of a digital service license and do not represent real-world ownership. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Draveth Studios may modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items as part of game updates.

4. Service Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time for maintenance, technical improvements, or security reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All games, artwork, assets, code, systems, and branding belong to or are licensed to Draveth Studios. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or commercially use any part of our services without written permission.

6. Enforcement

Violation of these terms may result in:

Warning
Temporary suspension
Permanent account ban
Removal of virtual assets
Restriction of service access

Enforcement decisions are final and made to protect service integrity.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is". Draveth Studios is not liable for data loss, account loss, or damages resulting from service interruption, unauthorized access, or user negligence.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
